Quick Bean Soup

This stuff was brought to work by a coworkers husband... I of course stole the recipe immediately. This is SO easy and SO good!
What you will need is...
1 can of rotel
2 cans of ranch beans
3 cans of minestrone soup
1 can of corn
1 lb of ground meat (beef, venison, turkey, whatever)

This is so simple that you don't need pictures but I'm a nerd and took them anyway.
1. Brown your meat of choice
2. Dump all the cans in a big pot
(that statement sounds amazingly intelligent doesn't it?)

3. Add your meat to the pot
4. Let it cook for 1-2 hours on low-ish (more intelligence)

and YUMM....
My whole family loves this, which is amazing and it freezes really well so if you don't need so much, just save it for leftovers!

Cream Cheese Pinwheel things...

OK this fantastic recipe is from the best mother-in-law in the world!
So simple, so quick, so delicious

you will need a package of 20 soft tortillas

The middle stuff is...
16 ounces of cream cheese at room temp.
3 green onions, chopped up
bacon bits
the secret ingredient is 1 tsp of Accent...
I had never heard of this stuff until last night... it's kind of like salt but has amazing flavor.

>Mix it all together with an electric mixer
>spread it onto a tortilla
>roll the tortilla up pretty tight
>then cut the tortilla into bite size slices and put on a plate
I would do them the night before so that they can sit in the fridge over night but it's not necessary

SO Yummy!

The awesome thing about this recipe is you can add whatever you want, it doesn't have to be green onions and bacon, get creative.
You also wouldn't have to roll them up in tortillas, It can be served as a dip with some crackers.

Christmas S'mores Cookies

I saw a recipe for this on Pinterest but didn't actually read it. I just used my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe and added marshmallows and then baked it on top of a graham cracker.

Here's the recipe for my chocolate chip cookies...
1 c butter flavored shortening
2/3 c sugar
2/3 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
2 c flour
1 c chocolate chips

then I added 1 cup of marshmallows and put the dough on top of half a graham cracker. Baked at 350 for about 9-10 minutes depending on how soft or crunchy you like your cookies.

Now this is what your cookies will look like if you dance too much while baking and forget the baking soda :( So dance responsibly

This is what they're supposed to look like...
You may be wondering why I called these Christmas S'mores cookies... It is because I wore this apron while baking them!
